On the 1st Thursday of each month we have have a prayer and prophecy service from 7:00 - 9:00 pm at our location on Madison. This is a time of many breakthroughs; such as:
The Word of God teaches us that each of us have been given different gifts of the spirit for the purpose of equipping the body and edifying the saints (that's us). Have a look for yourself!
Now these are the gifts Christ gave to the church: the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, and the pastors and teachers. 12 Their responsibility is for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, Ephesians 4:11-12
Consequently, since these gifts of the Spirit are not about us (or for advancing our kingdom and agenda, but His) God expects us to use them and not hoard them to ourselves:
For as we have many members in one body, but all the members do not have the same function, 5 so we, being many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another. 6 Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, let us prophesy in proportion to our faith; 7 or ministry, let us use it in our ministering; he who teaches, in teaching; 8 he who exhorts, in exhortation; he who gives, with liberality; he who leads, with diligence; he who shows mercy, with cheerfulness.

Fortunately, the Lord has blessed our threefold ministry in Covington by sending us many men and women of God with the gift of prayer, prophecy, discernment, authority, and more.
